Tymoshenko forecasts deflation in Ukraine

As a result of two decades of July inflation was recorded only in two regions of Ukraine, while all the other regions showed deflation.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko claimed at a meeting with the Council of Investors at the Cabinet of Ministers on Tuesday, ForUm’s correspondent reported.

“Over the first two decades, except for two regions, all regions of Ukraine showed sufficient deflation… The figure is rather optimistic”, she noted.

Yulia Tymoshenko stressed that this information gave grounds to forecast deflation by the end of July.
