Ukraine will never give away its gas-transport system

Ukrainian gas-transport system will belong to no one but Ukraine, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko said at the joint press conference with his Polish colleague Radoslav Sicorski on Friday.

“The gas-transport system is of economic and strategic importance for our country. All hopes on that it will be delivered to someone’s hands are vain,” Ohryzko said.

“We are ready for honest and transparent dialogue (regarding gas sphere) with all countries at market basis and European norms,” he noted.
