Gazprom denies 10% discount for Ukraine

Gazprom officials refute Yulia Tymoshenko’s statement on gas supplies to

Ukraine

with 10% discount.

“From January 1, 2010 Gazprom will sell gas at market European price without any discounts,” Gazprom’s statement says.

Today premier Tymoshenko told journalists that in 2010 Ukraine would buy Russian gas 10% cheaper than other European countries.
