BYuT speaks about coalition with Party of Regions

“As a citizen and deputy, I support the idea of the coalition with the Party of Regions. This is the most effective alternative, as we can pass economic reforms together,” he said.

As an argument in support of the idea Portnov reminded the joint voting last year. “From September (2008 – ed.) we showed that we can adopt tens of laws. Hence we can forget about ideological disagreements for a certain period of time,” MP noted.

At the same time Portnov underlined that “there are opponents of this coalition, mainly among members of the Party of Regions, some of which coordinate their actions with the Secretariat of President.”
