President took part in the public celebration of the 195th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's birthday

Within the framework of celebration of the 195^th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's birthday, March 9, President Viktor Yushchenko visited the house where the poet has lived in 1859. Later the house was made the museum.

President Yushchenko toured the exhibition, presented in the museum and signed the book of honorable guests. He also took part in the ceremony of Taras Shevchenko National Prize presentation.
